COMMUNITY & VOLUNTEERING

Giving Back

A strong culture extends beyond the workplace. It’s built through connection, support, and finding ways to create a positive impact both internally and within the communities around us.

At SEEDSPARK, giving back includes community involvement, volunteer opportunities, team initiatives, and efforts that encourage people to stay connected to something bigger than the work itself.

Here are some of the organizations and initiatives we have supported in the past:

  • Boys & Girls Club

    Formally established in 1906, this nonprofit provides safe, supportive after-school programming for youth, where our team helped prepare lunches and write encouraging notes for kids.

  • Shining Hope Farms

    This organization offers therapeutic equestrian programs for veterans, children, and adults with disabilities, where we assisted with hands-on farm work and maintenance so that their staff could stay focused on their direct care and programming.

  • Project 2 Heal

    This nonprofit raises and trains service dogs for veterans, children with special needs, and individuals with physical disabilities. The SEEDSPARK team welcomed several puppies-in-training to the office, helping provide valuable socialization experiences as they continue their journey toward becoming service dogs.
