The Situation

Eternity Real Estate Group, LLC is a full service real estate company headquartered in Charlotte, NC founded by Petr Vasicko. The company’s array of services including brokerage, leading for landlords and tenants representation, development, asset management, valuation and investment sales, acquisition and disposition, finance and financial underwriting, and debt and equity placement. SeedSpark helped the start-up real estate firm create a simple, clean website that attractively displays Eternity Real Estate Group’s services and information about the new company.

The Challenge

The Eternity Real Estate Group is a start-up company, just beginning its services in the Charlotte, NC market. Not only were they just starting out, but also wanted to gain presence online; however, they did not have any website at the time.

The Dream

They wanted a website that helped them gain credibility in the market and develop relationships in the market. This website would be clean, simple and effective in getting the messaging to potential clients.

The Results

The new website provides a designthat matches their offerings. SeedSpark created a website that was up-to-date, fresh and focused on user ease of navigation. Because the Eternity Real Estate brand is so new to the Charlotte market, we wanted to ensure that the customer experience online matched the personal experience they would get working with founder, Petr Vasicko, and enhance their company motto, “We specialize in customer satisfaction.”

The Situation

Rhino Assembly is a leader in identifying and delivering the world’s most innovative tools and systems for an often complex assembly process. Their business demanded a site that could serve sales professionals while discussing product specifications with clients, yet was also useful to plant managers who were ordering or re-ordering tools that must be calibrated with excruciating detail. The ability to search by product specifications would help simplify the buying process for their most knowledgeable clients, but ultimately, an eCommerce solution that allowed clients to add products to an RFQ was needed.

The Challenge

Their previous site lacked clarity in its ability to organize the product lines and services offered, and had been in a “development” stage for over a year, with certain links that were not working. Graphical elements were not always ideal for mobile users. .

The Dream

SeedSpark took on the challenge of organizing a complex buying process digitally. The site would need simple clarity on the home page, but tremendous depth in its ability to catalogue and search products. All of this had to be done in a way that was mobile responsive and search friendly.

The Results

SeedSpark developed a website that validated Rhino Assembly’s expertise and service, assisted sales and marketing professionals in a complex buying process, and organizes a unique custom eCommerce catalogue with a special RFQ process. The site not only looks great, but it drives revenue.

The Situation

CHARLOTTE/ONE exists to help 20-30-somethings get connected, make a difference and find purpose through citywide events in Charlotte. Founded in May 2006, with the help of local churches in Charlotte, CHARLOTTE/ONE hosts regular monthly events (gatherings, CLTtalks, and City Events). Their mission is to act as a bridge and connector between 20-30-somethings and local churches. SeedSpark helped CHARLOTTE/ONE create a website and develop a marketing strategy.

The Challenge

CHARLOTTE/ONE had a high attendance rate at weekly Tuesday gatherings of 20-30-somethings in Charlotte who were already in church with no way to reach and engage the de-churched. Additionally, their website was not functional across all screens (tablets, mobile devices, and desktops) and browsers.

The Results

The old, Adobe Flash website has been replaced with a website developed by SeedSpark. With the website, potential and returning members see a clean, crisp design that reflects the passions of the millennial generation. Additionally, they have a marketing strategy that is focused on the de-churched 20-30-somethings with fewer, quality meetings throughout the year, which includes the CLTtalks and City Events. The events, website and digital marketing helped CHARLOTTE/ONE reach and engage with those outside of the church and connect them to churches in the Charlotte area.
