Strategic Account Manager

As an Account Manager (AM) at SeedSpark, you will focus on acquiring new clients and enabling their long-term growth while also managing the accounts and meeting the needs of existing customers. You will work with our team to manage the sales pipeline, tracking customer data and uncovering opportunities to enhance the quality of our services and create new opportunities for growth. Above all else, AMs are advocates for our clients who constantly listen to their needs and identify the right solutions to help their teams succeed. Primary job responsibilities

  • Support an assigned business portfolio by providing quotes and pricing
  • Respond to sales inquiries and nurture leads
  • Generate new business opportunities through campaign execution, targeted prospecting, strategic partnerships, and networking at industry and/or community events
  • Manage support tickets, marketing campaigns, and renewals within your account base
  • Schedule appointments and other activities as requested by your business development partner
  • Keep detailed and accurate notes of all sales-related activities for your accounts in our customer contact database and Slack; schedule follow-up activities as needed

Job Summary:

We are looking for IT Professionals who can implement and support SMB technology infrastructure in a fast-paced, customer focused workplace. We are not just looking for IT experts, we are looking for people with great customer service skills, both in-person and remote, to complement our growing project team.

This position is customer facing and will primarily deal with the configuration and installation of technology infrastructure of all types, ranging from full networking infrastructure installations for that new office building, all the way to installing an access point to provide additional coverage for another customer’s new breakroom. Position Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of configuring, installing, and supporting computer operating systems (Windows 8.1 and 10), software applications, hardware, networking, and communications. Experience with Apple MacOS/ iOS/iPadOS is a plus.
  • 3+ Years of configuring, installing, and supporting networking equipment: firewalls/routers, switches, wireless access points.
  • 3+ Years of configuring, installing, and supporting Windows Server versions 2012-2019, VMware/Server Virtualization knowledge is a plus. Must understand Windows Server roles and features.
  • 3+ Years of configuring, installing, and supporting file servers (NAS & SAN) and backup systems (On-Prem & Off-Site).
  • 3+ Years of configuring, implementing, and providing backend/end-user support for Microsoft 365 Cloud services: Exchange, SharePoint, Teams Phones, Defender, Azure AD, and Intune.
  • Ability to perform routine preventive maintenance on systems software, applications, hardware, networking, and communications.
  • Ability to communicate technical guidance and instruction to users on the use of PC and/or server applications and systems.
  • Understanding of best practices for implementing networking equipment and server infrastructures.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex networking and server issues + able to make recommendations on best-practice solutions to those same complex problems.
  • Network, Microsoft, Security and Vendor certifications preferred.
