About You

Let’s get to the point – Position Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with our sales, creative, and leadership teams to develop meaningful content across multiple channels that drives brand awareness and validation through effective messaging.
  • Research, write and edit SEO friendly short-form and long-form digital content for websites, blogs, online communication, and content assets including case studies, emails, newsletters, technical documentation, social and more.
  • Write engaging content with the ability to connect to a diverse demographic in order to attract and grow audience
  • Write content that drives clicks, page views and unique visitors
  • Write content for one-pagers, websites, campaigns and internal communications with a clear vision while collaborating with the creative team to reach the final product.
  • Ensure content reflects the tone, style and branding message of our company and strengthens the company’s position in the marketplace.
  • Knowledge of, or willingness to learn the Hubspot platform to post to company and client social media accounts and send email blasts
  • Assist in creating a strategy, writing and scheduling company social media platforms to complement campaigns and marketing efforts
  • Edit, proofread and improve other writers’ content
  • Exhibit excellent overall writing skills with exceptional spelling and grammar

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience/certifications
  • 1-2 years of professional experience working on web-based applications in a team or individual environment
  • Strong experience in ASP.NET (C#/VB.NET), as well as their associated data structures and coding best practices
  • Good understanding of Object Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and namespaces
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft SQL server 2008+ and best practices for database optimization for moderate to large data sets
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and organize work effectively
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills with team members, stakeholders and other application users of various levels of technical expertise

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Specialist that is comfortable working in a fast-paced and innovative environment.   • Troubleshooting, installing and configuration of PC’s/Macs
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Installation and monitoring of networking components and routers
  • Backup/Recovery and Business Continuity solutions
  • Exchange and O365 support and configuration
  • VoIP phone system installation and management
  • Wireless AP installation and troubleshooting
  • Mobile Device Management and configuration implementation
  • Accurate and prompt exchanges with our ticketing systems

The Service Desk Dispatcher is responsible for attaining maximum utilization of internal and field technical resources through daily dispatch of service requests.

Primary functions include:

  • Act as the single point of contact to the customer for all types of service requests
  • Coordination of all IT support groups to ensure maximum utilization of billable resources
  • Pre-process service requests as they arrive through email, manual entry, or direct customer input
  • Schedule internal and field technical resources on the Company dispatch portal
  • Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry on service requests
  • Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
